Popis: | We have measured the temperature-dependent electrical conductivity (77–800 K), photoconductivity spectra, and optical reflectivity spectra (1–6 eV) of TlIn1−xCexSe2 single crystals. The results were used to evaluate the activation energy of impurities in the crystals and their band gap, refractive index, and dielectric permittivity. |
