Popis: | The complexity and versatility in problems of ecological and economic interaction and sustainable development require the construction of modern systems of ecological and economic monitoring in order to solve socio-economic problems and preserve natural resource potential with full consideration of environmental and economic factors. Environmental and economic monitoring data is crucial for assessing ecosystems and ensuring the principles of sustainable development. The paper is devoted to the framework of the system of ecological and economic monitoring. It is revealed that nowadays there is a problem of lack of complex and standardized monitoring data that can be used in studies of ecological and economic systems. The availability of environmental and economic monitoring information remains rather limited. It is proposed that the "standard" existing monitoring should be supplemented by the so-called remote monitoring, i.e. "Space-Sky-Ground" system. Complex and comprehensive system of environmental and economic monitoring should contain all indicators at the national, regional and local levels. The framework ensures the integration of information resources in environmental monitoring system, the creation and operation of a single automated subsystem for the collection, processing, analysis and storage of data. The framework takes into account the interests of stakeholders and can be an effective tool for developing appropriate state environmental policy. |
