The goal of this study is to evaluate the effect of Doxorubicine chemotherapy on some biochemical and hematological markers in female cancer's patients. 22 cases of women cancer and control were chosen, Blood samples were collected from them and lipid profile, creatinine, urea levels and enzyme activities were measured. Also, erythrocyte and leucocyte line levels in blood was measured. Results of biochemical parameters revealed that a significant increase in serum lipid profile, creatinine level, LDH, GOT, GPT and GGT activities and no significant change in serum urea level in women with cancer compared to controls.
