The rapid introduction of modern information technologies for processing bioelectric signals into medical practice was predetermined the improvement of methods for analyzing the functional state of the cardiovascular system of the human body to identify diseases at an early stage of their development. During medical diagnostic studies using monitoring systems, an assessment of the reliability of a decision-making on the condition of the heart and cardiovascular system of a person is required. For these purposes, the type I and the type II error are used to establish the accordance of the distribution of values electrocardiogram to the optimal body condition score of the organism. The validity of the hypotheses for the probability of the recorded values distribution of the cardiac electrical cycle is estimated based on statistical tests. Significance testing allows us to evaluate differences between two events. It is event that is coincide our expected optimal condition heart and this is another event that we observe really condition. In medical a false positive testing is an error in reporting that test result improperly indicates presence of a disease condition during the time when in reality it is not present. The assessment of the fidelity of the appearance of a false positive diagnosis is possible using the power of the test. Obviously, determining the condition of the heart and the cardiovascular system as a whole is a compromise between the probability that the system will make type I or the type II error. |
