Popis: | Learning through emotion is the use of emotions of the students and teacher as a basis for learning the meaning of organizational behavior principles. This approach assumes that the feelings that students and teachers have during the process of the course are useful data about their organizational reality. Thus emotions experienced in the class are used as a springboard for the analysis of behavioral principles and organizational life. Description and examples of the approach are provided. In addition, an underlying philosophy of teaching, relevant to the ethical use of this approach, is discussed. |
