Popis:	Crossed immuno-affinoelectrophoresis is described as an analytical technique in which the principles of electrophoresis and biospecific interaction are combined. By this method the results of affinity chromatographic experiments can be predicted. Human serum proteins were analyzed by crossed immuno-affinoelectrophoresis and affinity chromatography on concanavalin A bound to Sepharose and concordant results were obtained. Moreover crossed immuno-affinoelectrophoresis is suggested for identification of components with certain recognizable molecular structures.
