Popis: | Phonon spectroscopy using normal state tunnel junctions is possible if certain precautions are taken. The measurement of the magnetic field dependence of the binding energy of the B+ centers in Si is their first application in high fields. The spectroscopy of the phonon absorption by two-dimensional electron gases is also presented. |
