Commitment, trust and relationships have been seen as very important in the literature of family enterprise for the success of family enterprises and their business longevity. But, the difference in the processes, nature, dynamics, consequences and antecedents of commitment, trust and family relationships remain underexplored in family enterprise. The articles intend to bridge this conspicuous gap by making available a more detailed and granular understanding of the intricacies of commitment, trust and family relationships in family enterprise, always challenging established models and experience.
