Popis:	Maceration of bromegrass-alfalfa sward increased effective ruminal degradability of dry matter, neutral detergent fibre, and gross energy, but decreased the degradability of protein. Despite improvement in ruminal degradation kinetics, inclusion of the macerated silage (43% of total mixed ration dry matter) between weeks 7 and 15 of lactation had limited effect on lactational performance.
