Popis: The optical transmission spectra of the thin GeAs1,Se1oo (O x films and of two-layer systemson their basis have been studied. Changes of optical parameters (refractive index of films and photosensitivity, contrastcoefficient oftwo-layer systems) induced by laser irradiation on the average coordination number are discussed.Keywords: optical properties, two-layer system, optical recording, average coordination number. 1. INTRODDUCTION As it is known [1], the photoinduced changes of optical properties of the chalcogenide glasses (CG) thin layers andof the layer systems on their basis are of interest for optical recording. The variations of chemical composition of CG of technological conditions of thin film preparation, of optical irradiation conditions make it possible to control parameters of photoinduced processes in CG, and correspondingly photorecording over a wide range.
