Popis:	Целью настоящей выпускной квалификационной работы является обоснование экономической эффективности внедрения автоматизированной системы управления работой морского терминала в качестве Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼Ð° повышения эффективности оперативного планирования работы подразделений терминала.В работе приведена классификация форм оперативного планирования работы морского терминала. Проведен анализ способов повышения эффективности работы Ð·Ð°Ñ€ÑƒÐ±ÐµÐ¶Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‚Ð¾Ð². Проведен обзор текущего состояния использования Ð°Ð²Ñ‚Ð¾Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚Ð¸Ð·Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ¸ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¼ управления работой терминала Ð¾Ñ‚ÐµÑ‡ÐµÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¼Ð¸Ð½Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð². Для решения задачи повышения эффективности оперативного планирования морского терминала, предлагается применение метода Ð²Ð°Ñ€Ð¸Ð°Ð½Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ‡ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð² для экономического обоснования целесообразности применения Ð°Ð²Ñ‚Ð¾Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚Ð¸Ð·Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ¸ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¼ организации работы терминала.Применение метода представлено в качестве расчетов оценки Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÐ±ÑƒÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÐ°Ð¿Ð¸Ñ‚Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð²Ð»Ð¾Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹ на обновление перегрузочного оборудования терминала и внедрения Ð°Ð²Ñ‚Ð¾Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚Ð¸Ð·Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ¸ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¼ управления работы контейнерного терминала «Экономия» ÐÑ€Ñ Ð°Ð½Ð³ÐµÐ»ÑŒÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ морского торгового порта. В соответствии с произведенными расчетами произведена экономическая оценка эффективности внедрения автоматизированной системы управления на рассматриваемом терминале. The purpose of this final qualifying work is to substantiate the economic efficiency of the introduction of an automated terminal operation management system of the marine terminal as a mechanism for improving the efficiency of operational planning of the terminal's divisions.A classification of forms of operational planning of the marine terminal is given in a work. The analysis of ways to improve the efficiency of foreign ports is carried out. The review of the current state of the use of automated terminal management systems of domestic terminals is carried out. To solve the problem of increasing the efficiency of operational planning of the marine terminal, it is proposed to use the method of variant calculations for the economic justification of the feasibility of using automated systems for organizing the operation of the terminal.The application of the method is presented as calculations of the assessment of the required capital investments for the renewal of the transshipment equipment of the terminal and the introduction of automated terminal operation management system of the marine container terminal "Economy" of the Arkhangelsk Commercial Sea Port. An economic assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of an automated terminal operation management system of the marine terminal was made in accordance with the calculations.
