Popis:	Malignant haemangioendotheliomas of the liver are very rare mesenchymal tumours. Sonographically, they appear as solitary, although more frequently as multicentric, space-occupying growths with blurred and irregularly delineated outlines; the sonographic image shows both echo-dense structures and structures with a low amount of echoes, or which are even echo-free. Short-term sonographic follow-up examinations point to a tendency to rapid growth and varying echogenicity.
