Popis: FEV1, FEF25–75, and the dysynapsis ratio. There was no significant correlation between the dysynapsis ratio and peak VO2 for both groups (CHD: r = 0.17; p =0.926; Control: r = 0.054; p =0.759). Conclusion: Several pulmonary parameters, including the dysynapsis ratio, were unrelated to aerobic capacity in patients with CHD or controls. Decreased aerobic capacity in CHD cannot be explained by airflow limitation, but by other factors that affect aerobic fitness in this population.
