Popis:	Spondylolisthesis is defined as anterior or posterior displacement of one vertebral body over another. In the adult, this occurs as the result of abnormalities of bony architecture, degeneration of the spinal elements or trauma. Degenerative spondylolisthesis, probably the most frequently seen type of spondylolisthesis, was first described by Junghanns [3]. Mac Nab further defined the clinical and pathologic features of this condition [6].
