Popis: The entire life cycle of the product contains four links including design, manufacture, usage and maintenance till the end of lifetime. Taking the high-power switching power supply device as an example, the problem of entire life cycle evaluation and health management are studied in this paper. In the aspect of the use and maintenance, a theory and method of state prediction and life cycle evaluation is proposed, and a method of fault online evaluation and circumvention is derived. Applications prove that this method can significantly improve the reliability of the device and its market competitiveness.
