The article examines the possibilities of using digital technologies and logistics tools in public procurement. It is shown that the scientific direction of public procurement logistics has been formed, which initiates the use of digital technologies in the Russian public procurement sector. It is noted that the Russian contract system is aimed at protecting the interests and security of the state and, based on this, maintains the stability and security of the critical information infrastructure of public procurement. The definition of “public procurement logistics” is given. The prospects of using digital technologies in public procurement logistics are considered. The prerequisites for the digital transformation of public procurement, the positive aspects of this process and the accompanying risks are highlighted. It is shown that the creation of a unified digital ecosystem of public procurement in Russiais associated with the reformatting of a number of elements of its architecture. The electronic format of public procurement optimizes the costs that accompany trade operations and increases their efficiency by an average of 25–30%. Blockchain technologies and artificial intelligence algorithms are quite adaptive to the public procurement market. Services provided to bidders on electronic platforms increase the efficiency and control of the entire procurement cycle. The field of application of digital technologies in public procurement logistics is expanding. |
