Live work in a distribution network is limited due to factors such as the large size of the insulated bucket-arm truck and the necessity of flat ground. This paper proposes a hybrid arm-based live-line auxiliary working robot for live working in a distribution network. One-button automatic leveling can be achieved by applying remote control and local autonomy strategies. The mechanical and electrical properties of the composite insulating arm are analyzed, and the electrical performance, maneuverability, and operation function of the entire vehicle are tested. This study realizes a flexible and intelligent platform for full-scale live working in a distribution network. |
