Ðолее подÑобно ÑаÑÑмоÑÑена авÑомаÑиÑеÑÐºÐ°Ñ Ð´ÑÐ³Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ñ ÑваÑка под Ñлоем ÑлÑÑа пÑи пÑоизводÑÑве ÑÑÑб болÑÑого диамеÑÑа. РаÑÑмоÑÑÐµÐ½Ñ Ð¿ÑоблемÑ, возникаÑÑие пÑи авÑомаÑиÑеÑкой ÑваÑке. The work is devoted to the description of automatic arc welding. Automatic arc welding under a layer of flux in the production of large diameter pipes is considered in more detail. The problems arising during automatic arc welding are considered. The information about defects, properties of welded joints is given. Influence of geometrical parameters, modes, and chemical composition on the quality of the welded joint. Welding materials and equipment used in automatic arc welding are considered. The work was carried out on the basis of JSC «Izhora Pipe Mill», where a significant part of the theoretical material was collected: welding materials, technological parameters and equipment used in the production of large diameter pipes. The relevance of this work is the analysis of a widely used welding method, which has many advantages over others in the production of large diameter pipes. |
