Popis:	We report the case of a 6-year-old girl with hyperkeratotic plaques following Blaschko's lines on the left part of her body. The cutaneous biopsy showed epidermolytic hyperkeratosis. Oral acitretin 0.5 mg/kg/d was started with good response. The fact that this mosaicism could be traduced in bullous congenital ichthyosiform erythroderma in the descendants is noticed.
