Popis: | This paper proposes the Zero Energy Buildings concept by considering energy consumption reduction and independent energy generation development in an administrative building. Energy consumption reduction decreases running costs and greenhouse gases generation. On the other hand, independent generation causes economic profit for investors by having the transaction with the upstream network if there are proper rules and tariffs. Reaching these goals are need to study and analyze energy consumption systems in intended building quantitatively and qualitatively at first. Then selected demand-side scenarios are presented based on the results of energy systems analysis. In the following, supply-side scenarios are applied in two conditions, before and after energy consumption audit. The results show that energy consumption decrease more than the 55% in one-year and significant economic profit will be achievable in a long-term perspective under specific conditions. |
