Popis: The operational reliability and fatigue life of mechanical equipment are very important for the design and optimization of mechanical structures. In this article, the finite element theory and fatigue analysis theory are combined to analyze statics, dynamics and fatigue life of silent reciprocating piston air compressors. Firstly, Creo is used to establish a three-dimensional model of the pump head, which is one of the main noise-producing components in a reciprocating piston air compressor. Secondly, Ansys Workbe-nch is used to establish static models for the easily broken valve plates and pump covers in the pump head, to establish dynamic models of the crankcase that is subjected to complex forces, and to perform finite element simulation analysis. Finally, the finite element analysis results, load spectrum and S- N fatigue design curve are used as the theoretical basis, and then nCode Design-Life is selected to perform fatigue analysis on the key parts of the pump head, and an optimization model is established to obtain the optimal parameters. The results obtained in this research are valuable for improving the working reliability of air compressors and extending the service life of air compressor parts.
