The paper explores the problem of rotor flux-linkage vector components estimation by using an information provided with current and voltage sensors of stator winding. These state variables are necessary to execute the transition from physical coordinates to a rotating coordinate system oriented along the vector of the rotor flux-linkage. The use of an observer will allow implementing vector control for electric drives without sensors measuring the instantaneous values of magnetic flux in the air gap. To build an observer, the methods and principles of the synergetic control theory were applied. |
