Popis:	A 52-year-old male complained of left nasal obstruction and frequent nasal bleeding. The first operation performed was intranasal resection of a tumor. Eight years later, a recurrent tumor was found in the nasal vestibulum. An enhanced CT scan revealed low density area with marked contrast. There was no sign of invasion into the maxillary sinus or of bone absorption. Wide surgical excision was performed through a lateral rhinotomy approach. The patient has been followed for 2 years with no evidence of recurrence.
