Popis: | Acquiring the team working competence is important nowadays to improve the engineering graduates' employability. In some Engineering Schools in accordance with accreditation programmes, the faculty is implementing tools to develop the teamwork process. This study proposes the implementation of some tools in Business Administration subject (like project notebook and minutes of the meetings) to enable students in functioning efficiently as a group in the execution of their Business Plan. Our analysis demonstrates that there is a direct relation between roles' assignment and final grading. Additionally, with the proposed tools, a majority of the groups succeed as they reach the final point, reducing drastically the dropout rate. The information provided by the questionnaire for teachers demonstrates that they generally consider these tools useful and adequate but not enough to encourage interest in the Business Administration subject. |
