It was popular that the antiseptic drug management scheme was all about interaction between doctors and antibacterial information management system. A process of collaborative pre-, in-, and post-management of antibiotics between multiple departments in a hospital was introduced in this paper. The information center set up a cooperative management system in accordance with the rules of antibacterial drug operation made by the hospital infection management department. The director of clinical department and pharmacist approved the application process in succession in the system. The hospital quality control committee would discuss the disputed approval opinions. A retrospective study was made to compare the utilization ratio of antibiotics, density and the application frequency of antibiotics in 2014 and 2016.
