Popis:	A method for determining the melting temperature of a slag-forming mixture in a high-temperature microscope is described and indices of its accuracy are provided. The main parameters affecting results of determining the melting temperature of slag mixtures using the DSC method, and rational conditions for conducting experiments aimed at determining the liquefaction, melting, and slag spreading temperature are given.
