Preparation of N-doped carbon quantum dots for highly sensitive detection of dopamine by an electrochemical method

Popis: A simple electrochemical biosensor was developed based on an N-doped carbon quantum dot (NCQD) modified glass carbon electrode (NCQD/GCE). The modified electrode displayed a good linear and broad response for the detection of dopamine (DA). The as-prepared biosensor also exhibited satisfactory selectivity even with interference of ascorbic acid (AA) and uric acid (UA). Inorganic ions also had no effect on detecting DA.
