Popis: | This paper performs shape optimization design of permanent magnets to make SPMSM's Back EMF into a sinusoidal waveform. derives design sensitivity using continuum shape sensitivity and expresses the shape change through the adaptive level set method as the optimization is performed. Because same operating characteristics must be maintained for the bidirectional rotation of the electric motor, the permanent magnet is constrained to a symmetrical shape. As a result of the design, it was confirmed that the back EMF was close to the sinusoidal waveform, and through this, the torque ripple was also reduced. |
