The theme of the final qualification work of the bachelor: âDevelopment of a set of measures for the company's entry into the Uzbek market on the example of the company âSportmasterâ LLC". The aim of the work is to develop a set of measures for the entry of the company âSportmaster" into the market of Uzbekistan.The subject of the FQW: the relations arising in the process of developing a set of measures for the entry of LLC "Sportmaster" into the market of Uzbekistan.Methods: statistical and economic analysis, analysis of financial and economic activity, SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, expert evaluation method, comparison method and deduction method. Main results:-  To consider the theoretical foundations of the strategy of entering the trading enterprise on the international market;- Identify tasks and explore tools for planning entry into the international market;- To analyze the sports goods market of Uzbekistan;- To analyze the strategies and risks of the entry of LLC "Sportmaster" into the market of Uzbekistan;-Develop measures for the Company's entry into the Uzbek market;- To evaluate the effectiveness of the developed measures.Scope of the results of the FQW: this work can be used by the company "Sportmaster" LLC to enter the international market or by another company from the field of sports goods retail, to develop a strategic plan for entering the foreign market.Conclusions: the tasks of the FQW have been considered and completed, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined. |
