The object of research is dynamic behavior of the high-loaded details of power turbomachines rotors, which fatigue life defines fatigue life of the entire turbomachine. In this article a frequency spectrum and sensitivity function of rotor model blades with blade shroud at their free and fixed condition (contact) are analyzed. The numerical analysis of strength characteristics and free vibrations frequencies sensitivity of rotor blades to construction thickness (weight) variations is executed by means of the software package BLADIS+. The calculation results are confirmed by the experimental data. The offered and approved algorithms, mathematical models and numerical techniques are to be used for new and existing power turbomachines rotors structural designing. Mathematical modeling of such cases allow minimizing research charges, designing time and increasing a power turbomachines lifetime. |
