Popis: | 1. Control and diagnosis of any method of artificial clearance are performed in appropriate extracorporeal and intracorporeal artificial organs (control, diagnostic, or combined), each of the organs consisting of control and executive processors. The control processor generates control medium, which in the executive processor either directly or through a membrane affects the control medium in the patient's body. In the general case, draining medium is also produced, which can be used in the control processor to obtain diagnostic information on the patient's status and artificial clearance mode. 2. During artificial clearance of one patient in monoBES or a group of patients in polyBES, control processors of artificial organs are connected to each other, operator (operators), and a central computer. 3. Centralized control of monoBES by a universal control processor avoids disadvantages of decentralized control or of total control from a central computer. This improves control functions, design, and technical service of artificial organs. A central processor is used only for collecting, storing, and processing information on artificial clearance. |
