Popis:	he authors consider the methodology for studying thermal parameters of the mold using a measuring complex of dual-zone thermocouple sensors. The article describes experimental work on establishing the relationship between the surface quality indices of slab billets and technological parameters, thermotechnical indicators of the mold and the chemical composition of cast steel.
