Popis:	This paper analyzes the current situation of cost management, in view of the problems existing in cost management, such as unclear goals, one-sided management, passive process, imperfect system, combined with the development trend of cost management, put forward the concept of multi-objective optimization of dynamic cost management. By establishing the simulation model of multi-objective optimization algorithm and analyzing the actual case, better optimization results can be obtained.
