Popis: The purpose of this paper is to present the regulation of a new electric technique to heat fluids. First, the principle and the model are explained. The specification book is the control of the fluid outlet temperature. No adjustment and no overshoot either are required. The controller is calculated using the Internal Model Control structure. All the parameters of the model are expressed with the physical variables of the heaters. The controller is also self tuned and take account of flow rate and inlet temperature variations. Robust synthesis enable the controller to respect the specification book even with not well-known fluids
