Popis:	The paper discusses different aspects of the manufacturing of peptides as active pharmaceutical ingredients under compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices. It focuses attention on the possibilities of production relocation for such molecules to emerging countries from several points of view, commercial, manufacturing and regulatory. The conclusion reached by the author is that relocation for the manufacturing of peptides might have started but manufacturers in emerging countries for this kind of actives are not yet appearing to be ready from a regulatory point of view to access regulated markets with their products.
