***In this paper, correlation matching techniques are employed in order to blindly estimate multipath-parameters of r a Zero adeP MC-DS-CDMA (Multi Carrier DSCDMA) system. Using only the spreading code of the user of interest, a technique is proposed to identify the impulse response of the multipathchannel in the uplink transmision. For each user, the correlation matrix of the despreaded received data sequenceis matchedagainst its sample-average estimate. By minimizing the square of the Frobenius norm of the resulting error matrix, the channel parameters can be estimated up to a complex scalar ambiguity. Extensive simulations indicate that the proposed method has performance comparable to existing subspace methods but at a lower computational cost. |
