The characteristic for industrial control and data acquisition of a Single Chip Microcomputer STM32, which is based on ARM 32-bit Cortex-M3 CPU, is analyzed. Different signal processing circuits are designed for different kinds of parameter in a certain diesel engine aboard. By using photoelectric coupling technology, the electric connection between data acquisition system and unit under test is separated, and the anti-interference performance of the system is improved. The experiment results indicate that the data acquisition system meets the requirement of collecting the diesel engine parameters, such as the pressure and temperature of cooling water, fuel and lubricating oil, the rotate speed of the diesel engine and the sensor state of the system. A new and effective method of designing one kind of data acquisition system based on a Single Chip Microcomputer is presented. |
