Popis: | Electrochemical realization of magnetic nanocontacts on planar substrates is detailed. Microfluidic integration allows size miniaturization, making versatile fast magnetoresistance measurements possible. The set-up can be integrated in a cryogenic head, opening the possibility to take advantage of electrochemical fabrication and transfer to vacuum environment. Initial tests are presented, showing that contacts made with thick deposits exhibit properties departing from anisotropic magnetoresistance, and mimicking early results of very large magnetoresistance values. |
