Popis:	Described a case of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of rare liver tumor. When carrying out ultrasonic examination at 25–26 weeks of gestation the fetus revealed hepatomegaly with solid tumor, ascites, pronounced diffuse soft tissue swelling. The assumption is made about the presence of hepatoblastoma. After conducting a prenatal consultation, the family decided on abortion. At autopsy histologically detected pattern of hepatocellular adenoma.
