Smart farm refers to a farm that can properly maintain and manage the growing environment of crops and livestock by grafting ICT into green houses, livestock houses, orchards, etc. [1]. Most of the energy sources for water supply to smart farms use electricity from power companies. Smart farms tend to consume less power due to the characteristics of the load and are periodically consumed at specific times. In this study, a stand-alone system was constructed in consideration of these characteristics, and a plan was sought to supply electricity to power facilities using only pure renewable energy. In particular, the possibility of establishing a stable independent microgrid by combining small wind power generation, solar power generation, and small batteries was studied. |
