Critical current enhancement and flux creep in irradiated YBaCuO thick films

Popis: | Studies of remanent magnetization (its temperature, field, and time dependences for two configurations of magnetic field) carried out on a thick YBa2Cu3Oy film grown by the LPE method on NdGaO3 substrate and irradiated by fast electrons with fluence of 1018 cm−2, demonstrate that under irradiation the critical currents rise for both directions of magnetic field, the critical current anisotropy reduces somewhat, the magnetization relaxation rate decreases, and the effective pinning potential value rises in the temperature range from 4.2 to 70 K.
