Popis:	Oxacycloisomerization of 1-hydroxy-2-propargyl cyclic derivatives was catalyzed by the first-generation Grubbs catalyst (Grubbs I) and led to good yields of bicyclic dihydrofurans. Tricyclic acetals were also obtained from cyclic alkyne diols using the same experimental procedure.
