Popis: | Giving an award of scientific writing productivity is important to improve quality and drive motivation for lecturers as researchers. Many cases in Indonesia, the process to give an award for scientific publication that still subjective, the parameters that used to reward has not consistently yet. This study aims to produce a system that can assist in decision making to select either scientific publication or researchers that eligible to get an award objectively. The methodology that used in this study is the Forward Channing (FC) algorithm. We have four award indicators, among others: productive, achievement, exemplary, and extraordinary. Those award indicators are given based on several assessment factors, such as the number of scientific publications, a number of intellectual property rights, number of citations, and the number of scientific presentations. The experiments that conducted in UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung show that FC can give an appropriate and objective result to support the decision for scientific publication awards in accordance with indicators and assessment factors. |
