Popis: |
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) as a clinical investigation became available in the early 1980s. Since then this method has proven to be a valuable additional diagnostic tool in the recognition and delineation of space-occupying lesions of the brain (1, 2, 3, 5). In the present study the sensitivity and specifity of CT and MRI were compared. The evaluation was done from diagnostic and neurosurgical points of view. |
