Popis: | A physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PB-PK) model for 2,3,7,8-TCDD in cows is described. Uptake in tissues appears to be blood flow limited except in adipose. Sensitive model parameters are fat tissue volume and bioavailability. The agreement between predicted and experimental data is fairly good. |
