Emotional intelligence may be a powerful motivator of group cohesion in an organization as emotional intelligence could foster group performance through extending group cohesion. Present examination strives to recognize the associations among the dimensions of emotional intelligence and group cohesion. The convenience sampling technique was embraced to obtain data from respondents performing in different organizations like merchandising, manufacturing, financial, services, and others in Bangladesh through survey questionnaires. We employed an Emotional Quotient Index and a Group Cohesiveness Scale for assessing representatives' emotional intelligence and group cohesion respectively.
