Popis: CH3NH3SnIxCl3-x were synthesized at various synthesis temperatures. UV-Vis absorption portrays maximum absorption for the sample prepared at 120 ○C whose band gap (1.25 eV) is lower than Pb-based ones (1.55 eV).
