Popis: | The monofluorinated analogues of 2-aminocarboxylic acids up to C7 were efficiently separated into the diastereomers on glass capillary columns coated with achiral phases BP-1, BP-10 and OV-330. In addition, some difluoro and trifluoro analogues were also measured. Chiral resolution was achieved on capillary well-coated open tubular fused-silica columns coated with chiral phases XE-60- l -Val- l -(1-phenylethyl)amide, Chirasil- l -Val and Behenoyl- l -Val-tert.-butylamide. The separation factors and the Kovats indices of the fluorinated amino acids were determined and compared. The erythro racemates display a higher degree of resolution than the threo ones. The order of elution was found to be the l - after the d -solute on all l -phases. |
