Popis: | By improving our previous mathematical model for discharge (1) , we developed a simple model of charge characteristics for lithium ion batteries. Through numerical analysis, stable solutions can be obtained for various parameters and operated conditions. From these results, we accumulate understanding of transport phenomena during the charge. Furthermore, a detailed comparison of numerical and experimental results in a commercial battery for PC can be made. Those results concur reasonably well from the viewpoint of engineering applications. Consequently, we confirmed the validity of the simple model proposed here and the numerical method for coupling the equation of transport phenomena with the Poisson equation. |
