Popis: | There is a growing interest to use nanoemulsions in several fields during the past few decades since it is a novel formulation and widely applied due to its finer droplet size, less or no solvent mixing with improved bioavailability. These are isotropic systems of two immiscible liquids (water and oil), which are mixed to form a single formulation. Nano size and surface properties of droplets play as a significant factor to amplify the biological behaviour of the formulation. Nanoemulsion shows a great approach for the future aspects such as preparation of food and cosmetics, drug delivery system, biotechnologies, insect pest management and pharmaceuticals. In this review article, various aspects of nanoemulsions have been discussed such as advantages, methods of preparation, characteristics, effect of many environmental factors and all the essential information related to nanoemulsions. Furthermore, new outlooks are also discussed to magnify the stability and insecticidal activity of nanoemulsion. |
